In nominee dei amen:
Tho:Crenilt sick in body but whole in mine,
and of good and perfect memory (praised be God)
make this his last will and testament in manner followinge:
first he committed his soul to God, and his body to Christian burial.
Item, he willed and bequeathed to Mally Crenilt 6 pence legacy.
Item, to Bessye Creere 6 pence legacy.
Item, to Ales Crenilt 6 pence legacy
Item, to Danll. Goldsmith a yard of cloath.
Item, to Willm Crenilt as much as come to my share of what is in his hands.
Item, he willed & bequeathed to his Cathe. Crenilt als Lace
a croft he gave her in contract of ye yearly[?] rent 3 pence,
and also the 9 pence xxx he hath in the the Lough,
which rent he hath paid hitherto, the rest of the
neighbors thereto adjoining refusing to pay any
part thereof, in regard they had no right to it.
Item, being an Intack and drindable[?] goods.
Item he left ot Tho:Crenilt 6 pence, to
Sir Joh:Chambers, and to the parson[?]
a gallon of meale and a sheep, if there
be so much time towards his funeral.
Item he constituted and ordained his said wife
Cathe Lace sole Executrix of all
the rest whatsoever moveable and unmoveable.

        J.Huddleston } jurati.
	             The executrix sworn in form of law.
				   Probatum et solvit 12 pence.
The Inventory of the said tho Crenilt
prized by 4 sworn men amounts
to 0 pounds 17 shillings xx pence.
