9      Andreas  November 11th 1675
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament
of John Knele who committed his soul to God and
his body to Christian burial.
Item, to the poor xx sheep and 12 pence worth of drink at 
his funeral.
Item, he declared that there was 10 shillings of his
in the hands of Joh Teare & that 5 shillings thereof 
should be towards his funeral, and the other 5 shillings
to his brother in law and sister Christian.  
Item, he said that there was 6 shillings 6 pence in
Joh: Cowle hands and that it should be to pay Sir Joh: for 
the tithe.
Item, there is due to him from Henry[?] Keneen[?] 
3 shillings 2 pence, and if he pay it willingly to 
pay but 2 shilling, and if not the whole.
Item, due to him from Donll:Sayle 2s 8p.  
Item, he left to his youngest sister a suit of cloath 
a sheep and a xxxx and 1 hogg.  
Item, to his sisters Christian & Nelly Knele 
the black russet cloth between them.  
Item, he constituted and ordained his sister 
Nelly Knele sole executrix of all his lands houses 
and goods whatsoever moveable and unmoveable, 
and willed that the corn should be betwixt the executor 
and his youngest sister whom the executor is to xxxx till May.  
Item, he willed that his eecutor should pay unto his 
youngest sister all that is due to her by father & mother. 
Item, he left the stear[?] to Joh:Cowle haggert 
to himself and the rest to Jo:Teare.  
Witnesses: Joh:Teare, Joh:Cowle, jurati.

        The Executor sworn in form of law.
		Probatum et solvit 12 pence.  
Fourteen days to bring in an Inventory xxx 
&c.   The Inventory amounts to 6 pence.
