In the Index of Archdeacon Wills, this will is erroneously listed under Marown, but is actually the next Andreas will in the book of wills.

This is affirmed to be 
the last will and testament of Bahee Cowle 
being in good and perfect memory, committed her 
soul to God and her body to Christian burial.  
Item, she willed all her clothing to Mally Crenilt.  
Item, to Joh: Christian 12 pence.  
Item, she left to her brother Christopher Cowle 6 pence.  
Item, she bequeathed to her husband John Cowle a xxxx 
of land[?] in the downe of 6 pence rent.  
Item, she constituted and ordained Phillip 
Christian executor of all her goods moveable and unmoveable.  
Testes: 
Jo: Christian, 
Mally Crenilt.           

This will is not authentique in regard one of the witnesses 
is father to ye executor.            

BAheey Cowle 
departed this life about November ye 4th intestate 
whereof the Church having intelligence hath decreed her 
only brother Christopher Cowle (who is in Ireland) 
administrator, and Willm Kinley as next related by his 
wife is empowered to take the charge of the goods, and 
to be accomptable to ye administrator at his coming 
to the Island, and in the interim to give in bonds for so doing.        
The husband to be sworn to bring in a perfect Inventory.  
Decrtum est et solvit 2 pence.        

June 1st 1676: 
Christopher Cowle ye administrator is sworn in form of law.             
June 10th 1676: John Cowle hath deposed that Willm Kinly 
received all these particulars below mentioned of his house 
in the behalf of the administrator Christopher Cowle then in 
Ireland, which are yet prized in form of law, but only some 
as they were sold. 
Therefore ye Sumner ordered to appoint 4 sworn men to prize 
the said particulars, or else to deliver the xxx xxxxx unto the said 
Administrator who is now in the Island, & he to give in bond 
to debts and discharge the office, and this to 
be done forthwith sub poena juris, and if the said Kinly disobey, 
ye are forthwit to commit him to St Germans prison, and to remain 
till he submits to law, and if you be disobeyed, you are to desire the 
assistance of a soldier from the constable of Peel Castle, 
and for so doing this shall be your discharge, and 
to pay all fees before he be released.  
For ye Sumner of KK Andreas to put this in execution.

The Inventory of Bahee Cowle given by Willm Kinly and R
obt Kelly sumner prized by James Kissag & Rob:Kelly, amounts to 13 shillings.  
Debts paid by Willm Kinly that is for her winding 
sheets 4s; for probation and sumner fee 2s 4d; 
to Willm Kinly 4s as mentioned in his contract 4s.  
Pledges within a  month sub peona 2d.        

The Inventory of Baheey Cowle given by the husband 
upon oath none prized but what was sold or xxxx: 
Imprimis 10 ottles barley, half fir of rye, half fir xxxxx, 1 firlet oats, 1 
gxxxx of pease, 5 pounds of hemp and 2 of flax, 1 pott sold for 4 s, 
1 xxx half xxx the deads part of a heifer 2s 6d.  
The deads part of a mare 4s 0d.  
A linen wheel and a half xxx 100 herrings and 1 charchief, 
1 xxxx xxxx, her clothes that is 2 coats sold for 3s 4p. 
xxxx other small wooden vessels, 1 kockl[], half carr sold 
for 4d, 3 pottles of hemp sold and xxx xxxx.
