In the Index of Archdeacon Wills, this will is erroneously listed under Marown, but is actually the next Andreas will in the book of wills.
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Ales Cuslin being in good and perfect memory, committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. Item, she left to her brother Hugh Cuslin 5s legacy. Item, she named[?] that there was due to her son Robt of his own goods, and in her custody a quart of wool, woolen wheel and cards and a white blanket. Item, she constituted and ordained her said son sole executor of all the rest of her goods whatsoever. Item, to Ales Christin a coat and each witness 6d apiece legacy. Further declared that she and her brother Hugh were half and half in all the goods they had. Testes: Danll Christian, Joh: Crenilt, jurati. The executor sworn in Court and at lawful age. Probatum et solvit 12d. 14 days for the Inventory. Inventory amounts 5 pounds 15 shillings 0 pence; more added 7 shillings. Pledges: Jo: Christian Regr., John Kneale.
