In the Index of Archdeacon Wills, this will is erroneously listed under Marown, but is actually the next Andreas will in the book of wills.


33          Andreas: 
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
Jony Quirk alias Christian sick in body, but whole
 in mind and of perfect memory; commits her soul
 to God and her body to Christian burial.  
Item, she left to the poor at the discretion of her Executor.  
Item, she left to her daughter Cathe: a blanket and a 
sheet legacy, if she come for it, if not, she left one 
of them to her daughter Mally, and the other to her Executor.  
Item, she left to her said daughter Mally 2 coats, a weskcoat, 
and a carchiff and another carchieff to her daughter that is her grandchild.  
Item, she left to Sir Joh: Huddleston and to William Cowle 6d. 
 Item, to her daughter in law Jony Gawne a coate and a carchiffe. 
 Item she constituted and ordained to her son John Quirk 
sole Executor of all the rest of her goods whatsoever.  
Item, she willed and bequeathed that the quarter of ye crop 
that was at her disposal to her Executor in case he have a child 
by his wife; and if not, that then it should return and fall due with the lands to whomsoever of her children 
should survive and fall due to enjoy the said Lands.

The Executor sworn.  Probatum et solvit 12d.            

The Inventory of ye said Testatrix prized by 
4 sworn men comes to 1 pound 11 shillings 0 pence.         

 Jan: the 5th 1695: John Crinnill being at lawful years come this 
day and doth acknowledge he has received half the above blanket 
and sheet that was left to ye above Kath: and that in the behalf of the 
said Mally his wife and doth hereby exonerate the said Executor
 his heirs or assigns witness his subscription Jo: Crenilt
