34 This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Jony Quirk als Gawne who departed this life the 5th of Feb. 1675, being in good and perfect memory, first committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. Item, she left to her brother William 1s legacy. Item, to her brother Donll. 6d legacy. Item, to her brother Tho. 6d lecady. Item, she left to Emmy Killxx[Killip or Killey] a mutton. Item, to Joh:Crowe's 3 children to each of them a neck cloth, and to the youngest of them a yard of linzie-woolzie. Item, to her sister ye chest, and her linens and wearing clothes betwixt her sister & mother. Item, to her sister Mally Quirk a red coat, and to Ales Christian a gray coat, and another gray coat to Ellin Caltropp. Item, to her husband John Quirk 5d[or 5s]. Item, to each witness 6d apiece. Item, to Ales an apron & her bodice. Item, to Mally daughter a quiff and another to her goddaughter Jony Teare. Item, to her sister Ann her part of the linen clothing, and to Sir Joh: Huddleston for his pains 12d. Item, she constituted and ordained her father Joh:Gawne sole Executor of all the rest of her goods whatsoever. Item, she left the linen wheel to her sister Ann. Testes: Joh: Farcher, Joh: Teere tyall[?], jurati. The Executor sworn in form of law. Probatum et solvit 12d.
