This is affirmed to be the last will and teastament 
of Jo: Qualtrough who departed this life the 21st 
of December 1675.  
First he committed his soul to God and his body 
to Christian burial.  
Item, he left a cow that was in the keeping of 
Danald Qualtrough unto Jo: Lewne, also seven or 
eight shillings wages that was due unto him from 
Danald Qualtrough unto the foresaid Jo: Lewne and 
his wife and all in regard the said Jo: Lewne and 
his wife took care of him and looked well to him 
in all his sickness.  
Item, he left to his wife Bahee Skillicorn yd legacy.  
Item, to his 2 sons 6d apiece legacy.  
Item, he constituted Jo: Lewne to be his true and 
lawful executor.
