The last will and testament of Elsabeth 
Lewney als Cannell who departed this life 
the 25th of January 1675. She bequeathed 
her soul to God and her body to Christian 
burial in KK Conchan.  
Item, she left to her daughter Mary Lewney 
half of all her goods moveable and unmoveable.  
Item, she constituted and appointed her son 
William Lewney and her daughter Ailes Lewney 
executors of all the rest of her goods 
moveable and unmoveable.

Phillip Christian, jurati.          
The Executors sworn in form of law.  
Probatum et solvit 10d.           

A true Inventory of all ye goods of the 
said Elsabath Cannell free from debts 
amounts to 6 shillings, praised by four 
sworn men, Finlo Farcher, Philip Kewley, 
Tho: Cannell, & Thomas Lewin & Tho: Coane Sumner.       

The Executors at years and the goods in their 
own custody and discharge the office.
