The last will and testament of Ann Killey 
als Corrin. First she committed her soul to God etc.  
Item, she left to the poor one blanket 
and a mutton.  
Item, she left to whom soever of her children 
that will live to be heir and enjoy the tenements 
all her part of the same and crop of corn and gear.  
Item, she left to Sir Tho: Thwaites a mutton.  
Item, she left to her brothers and sisters 20s 
sterling if so be that all her children would 
die without issue.  
Item, she left the tuition of her children  
to their father John Killey and he to have 
all their goods during their minority in his 
own custody and when they would come to lawful 
years to set them out according to his ability.  
Item, she willed that if it should please God 
to call for her said children without issue 
then it was her pleasure that all their goods 
should return to her loving husband John Killey 
excepting the 20s above mentioned to her bro & sisters.  
Item, she constituted and ordained her 3 
children viz, Joh:, Gilbt., and Jaine Killey 
and also her said husband John Killey her true 
and lawful executors of all the rest of her 
goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever.

March 17th 1690: John, Gilbert & Jaine Killey being all at age came this day and acknowledged themselves to be now and before paid at and from the hands of their stepmother six pounds 13s 6d ob being their part of the goods in Inventory of their mother Ann Killey als Corrin and of which they do acquit her for ever and the foresaid John Killey acknowledge to have received all that is due to him as heir excepting the 2 stradles.
