The last will and testament of Phillip Fargher 
being of perfect memory. First he committed his 
soul to God and his body to Christian burial.  
Item, he left all his part of the lands to his 
eldest daughter Katr Fargher and half of ... heifer 
he left to pay his debts.  
Item, he declared that there is ten shillings due 
to him from Robt Waterson.  
Item, he constituted and ordained his daughter 
Bessie Fargher executrix of all the rest of his 
goods whatsoever.

Probatum et solvit 12d.  
Kath: Farcher supervisor & sister .........           

The Inventory of the above named Phillip Fargher was 
praised by 4 sworn men viz, James Looney, Wm Laurence, 
Phillip Kissage, Christopher Knackill.  
All the goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever 
doth amount to 15s 6d.  
The goods in the mother’s custory and have given
