                  Bride
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament 
of Christian Casement being sick in body but whole 
in mind and of perfect memory, commits her souil to 
God and her body to Christian Buryal.  
Item, to her eldest son William Howland her right 
of all the lands and a quarter of the crop and he 
to pay to the rest of the children 20s betwixt them.  
Item, she left betwixt the said children vizt, 
Cathe., Margt, & Tho: Howland her part of the 
sheep to them.  
Item, she left to her eldest daughter a blanket.  
Item, to her youngest  daughter another blanket, 
and if it ...ch not her husband to make it out.  
Item, to her 2 brethren 6d apiece.  
Item, to her sister a white coate and a wescott.  
Item, she constituted and ordained her husband 
Michell Howland sole Executor of all the rest 
of her goods whatsoevermoveable and unmoveable.  
Item, she left betwixt her said children a 
heifer of 3 years old.  
Note 2 or the children dead before the probate 
notwithstanding the Court hath ordered the 
other 3 Administrators.

The Executor sworn in form of Law.  
Probatum et Solvit 12d.          
Note, Michael & Joh:Castmeint the next of kin 
on the mother’s side is to be sworn supervisors.          

The Inventory prized by 4 sworn men comes to 
2 pounds 5 shillings 8 pence.  
The crop to be added before May subpeonea 20s.  
The goods in the father’s custody and hath 
given pledges Christopher Cowle & Danll Goldsmith.

Added to the Inventory of the above Xtian Castment 
by her husband for the use of the children, 
eleven sheep to their part
