In Nomie Dei amen. I Isabell Xtin sicke in body
but whole in mynde & perfect memory (praised be
God) make my last will as followeth.
Imprimis, I committee my soule to God & my
body to Xtian buryall.
Item, I leave to the poor a sheepe, a potte
of meale & my daughter to give one shilling
in drinke at the tyme of my funeral.
Item, I leave to my son John Joughin 2 yards
of cloth in Phillip Joughin’s hands & 6d legacy.
Item, to Margret Joughin my daughter all my
wearing linens & two parts of newe cloth
which in the walke milne, with 3s and 6d due
to her for a petticoate which was in the hands
of Isabell Carret; more she left to her
foresaid daughter a ch... blanket.
Item, I leave to my eldest daughter Mary
Joughin my best petticoate and what monyes
was in her owne hands which she ought me.
Item, I leave to my said daughter Mary a
blanket which was in the hands of John
Joughin Cranstle.
Item, I constitute and ordayne my two
daughters Margt: and Mary Joughin joynt
executors of all the rest of my goods
moveable and unmoveable whatsoever & to
my see my will truly performed & myselfe
honestly buryed.
Lastly, I leave to my Executors aforesaid
18s due me from William Corlett’s wiffe
of Glantrammon, & from John Lace Ballavodan
& his wife 13s, and from William Sayle
8s ...x, from Katheriin Lace 2s, from
Mr. Cannon 6d, from John Kneene’s wife 4d.
Item, f... these men that she persecuted
at law she much as was awarded by the
Court Item from the parties aforesaid a
bowle of barley ordered to her from the govr.
