This is affirmed to be the last will of
Anne Corkill who was in perfect memory
and committed her soul to God and her
body to Xtian buryall.
Imprimis, to her daughter Anne a petticoate
of linsey woolsie.
Item, to her son Wm Camash & Dorothy Camaish
2 blankets and a chest betwixt them.
Item, to her daughter Dorathy two great &
little wheels.
Item, she left the croft to her eldest son
according to his father’s will & if he die
to his next brother and so from one to one
of the other children after their deaths
successively.
Item, she constituted her 3 children Wm:senior
& William junior with her daughter Dorathy her
true & lawful Executors of all the rest of her
goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever & to
see her last will performed.

Wm Camaish,
Wm Kaiskill joyner, jurati.
Probatum et Solvit 6d.
Inventory prized in form of law by sworne men
comes to 38s 6d, besides som corne which is to
be added when its prized.
Pledges secunda forma legis Wm Camaish & Wm Kaighin.
The Executors is sworn form to make equal
devision and to deal justly one with another
[next page::] Sumner: You are required as formerly ordered to commit the body of Phillip Camaish into St German Prison for denying to prove his wife’s will, his children, the Executors being under years, and in the xxxxx xxxxx their little goods that was imbeselled and xxxed away, also his sister Jony Camaish for her comtempt in the Court. And also Cath Kewny in KK Christ for act proving her husband John Cotter will.
