This is affirmed by ye subscribed witnesses to 
be the last will and testament of Bessie Cowle 
als Costen being in good and perfect memory who 
first committed her soule to God etc.  
Item, to her sone Wm Cowle 6d legacie.  
Item, to her sone Edmond Cowle 6d legacie.  
Item, to her daughter Margery all her apparel 
woolen and linen, and 6d legacies.  
Item, to her son William’s childe a lambe and 
bequeathed all her goods whatsoever unto her 
husband Daniell Cowle, and further bequeathed 
to her daughter Margery a blanket.  
Witnesses
John Callow, 
Thom:Callister, jurati.           
The Executor sworn in form of law.  
Probatum est et solvit 12d.  
14 days to bring in an Inventory subpoena 0s.
