The last will and testament of Robt Corteene, who departed this life ye 22 of
October (75) Imprs. He committed his soul to god, and his body to christian burya[ll]
It. To his wife one oxe Legacie It. To his said wife ye Tuition of his
child, and all his goods and Lands untill yt his child came to yeares; and if [ye]
child dyed under yeares, he did then bequeath all his goods unto his wellbelo[ved]
wife. It. He bequeathed unto Will: Corkill one mutton and one sheep; It [to]
John Corkill one Mutton & one sheepe, and carefully to oversee his child
he constituted & appointed his said child. Viz: Margart Corteene his Lawfull
Executrix of all his goods movable. It. He bequeathed to John Kerrish
two payrs of briches. It. He bequeathed to his Brother and Sisters[??]
pence a peece Legacie



June ye 16th 1695
This day Margt Corteen ye wthin Exrx being at lawful age came
and acknowledged to have recd ye full of the wthin Inventory clear
from debts &c. & [???] doth acquit her mother & Pledges for
ever
