In the name of God Amen. I William Tyldesley being weak in
body but of perfect memory praise be God for the same do make
my Last Will & Testament in manner following. ?? I com-
mitt my Soule to God when it pleases him to call for me and my
body to xtian burial: Itm. I leave to the poore one boull of
barley: Item I leave to my Grand Daughter Elizabt. Tyldesley twenty
shillings: Item I leave to my grand child Henry Tyldesley three pounds
and his brother Thurston likewise to have a care of him after my
???: Item I leave to my illegitimate son Edward fourty
shillings to put him to a trade: I leave constitute and appoint
my Grand son Thurston Tyldesley Executor Lawfull
and full of all my Goods moveable and immoveable; before these
witnesses the day and year above written: It. I leave to the minister
half a crown: It. I leave to Hen: Waterson & Wm. Kegg 12d a piece legacy.
