This is affirmed to be ye last will and testament of John
Joughin who departed ys life ye 15th of Octr 78 who being in
Pfect memory comitted his soul to God & his body to Ctian burial
Item he left to John Johnson one half of all ye corn he
had ~ It. he left to Jo: Cleters wife a blankett It. he left to
his fathers sister on ye sout? side & her children 6d apiece Leg.
It. to Mally Daughardie 6d legas to Cutt them off his goods
It he left to Gilbt Cubbon & Jo: Quaile half a cow, and
apointed and ordained Margt Chan sole execrx of all the rest
of his goods movable & unmovable. It he said there was
due to him from Jo: Kinley 3s 6d from Jo: Cain 10d from Thomas
Kewley taylor 2d from Issabell Cleator 6d It. he willed
yt his Execrx should ?form the bargain he had given Jo: Corkill of
his cow for the rearing of one calf, and if ye calf should dye that ye
sd Corkill was to buy ye ?part of unothr calf and ye Execrx ye 3d
pt and he to rear ye calf to 2 yrs old.
