Jony: Corteen als Kermine haveinge departed this
life about the 4th of October last, Intestate
whereof the Church haveinge received intelligence
have Decreed accordinge to Law, that her goods shall
returne to the next of Kindred from whence it came vizt
to her only sister; who is sworn in Court in forme
of Law being at lawfull years. The mother is with the free and
absolute consent of her sd Daughter in Const  to have
all such goods as was given her Deceased Daughter
in fillial porcon duringe her naturall Life and
then to return to her sd Daughter ac
cordinge to the Decree. A legacy to the husband
upon sight of the Inventory; the Legacy is xs


The whole Inventory in the gross
amounts to the sum of £14-14s-00

The goods in the mothers hands as afforesd and hath
given pledges accordinge to Law.
