Bahi: Corteen als Fayle departed this life about the 
10th of May 1680 intestate, whereof the Church haveinge 
intelligence, hath decreed her only child Edw Fayle 
Admr of all her goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever [as] 
The next of Kin on the [mother’s side] Supervisors ? 
Legacy  to the husband upon sight of the Inventory, 
who is sworn in Court according to Law
