In the name of God, Amen. The last will and testament 
of Ann Quirk als Cusnahan sick in body but of perfect 
memorie praised be God. First, She committed her soul 
to God and her bodie to Christian burial.  
Item, She leaves to the poor 18d.  
Itm, She leaves to her godson Willm Cusnahan her part 
of the cow his father hath on ye halfe. To her goddaughter 
Ann[?] Carrett five shillings & a linen sheet.  
Itm, To her sister Marjorie 12d in legacie and ye 
little garden or plot of ground left to ye sd Marjorie 
by her father if she will come to demand it.  
To her sister Elizabeth her cloathing linen & woolen xxxxx.  
To her sister Ellin as much cloath as will make her a hood.  
Itm, to her husband John Quirk her part of ye boate 
& netts, her part of ye wool & her part of ye meadow.  
Lastly, She doth constitute & appoint her husband 
John Quirk on ye one part & her sisters Ellin & Elizabeth 
on ye other her lawful Executors of all ye rest of 
her goods moveable & unmoveable.  
Further she leaves to her husband her part of ye two 
cowes & ye steere with the provision made & her part 
of ye three pounds John Shimmin owes them.  
Itm, & to her sisters a heifer and a pair of sheets 
wch she had of them.  
Signed the 25th of Novr 1681, Ann Cusnahan her mark A.
