James Radcliffe departed this life about ___th of January last intestate whereof the 
church having intelligence hath decreed his children Katherin, Thomas, Margaret, James, 
Sam and Ellinor Radcliffe sole and joint administrators of all his goods movable and 
immovable what so ever; the next of kinred viz Thomas and Samual Radcliffe (being 
only in the ____) to be supervisors and a legacy to the wife upon sight of the inventory. 
The supervisors are to be all ______, the wife in form in Court to bring in a fair inventory 
and to be ___ to the children. The supervisors all are sworn in form of law.
