Anthony Lawson departed this life about the 21st of March
1686 intestate whereof the church having intelligence
hath decreed his 2 children Edward & James Lawson sole
and joint Admrs of all his goods moveable and ummoveable
& a legacy to the wife upon sight of the Inventory. The
next of kin on the mothers side vizt Wm Cowle and Mary
Cowle suppervisors
Jon Kinley in befhalf of his wife
is sworn supervisor
Decretum est et solvit vid

Inventory praised according to law
amounts to £00 : 16 : 03
Debts to be deducted on the deads part £00 : 07 : 06
The children with their goods are in the
mothers custody and given pledges

Received from Bahee Lawson in full of the portion due to my brother Wm Clerk by ye
death of his deceased mother the sum to thirty shillings & seven pence and this by
vertue of a letter of assignment undr my sd brothers hand and do therefore acquitt
and discharge the sd Bahey & her deceased husband and their heirs, exectrs and Admons
for ever of ye same as witness my hand the 6th day of March 1689
