Mr William Qualtrough late Atturney of this Isle departed
this life about the 15th June last, and his wife Alice Qualtrough
haiving? produced a deed of Gift made unto her instead of
his Last Will & Testamt. She hath in the Law of the Court
refused to take Admson? upon the said deed of Gift, and hath
w.ling …..(unreadable) the same. and his children having also
refused to take Admson? of their sd father’s goods themselves =
it is ordered and decreed that the Generall Sumnr or his
Deputy shall proceed in the Admson? of the sd goods, ac=
cording to Law. That is to Say, after a full and perfect
Inventory of the Deceased’s goods, debts, credits and
Chattels /\( whatso…. ), that he shall pay and discharge out of the same
first funerall Charges Church d… and Lords Debts and
Secondly children’s goods & Servants wages, and consequent=
ly all other debts penny pound? like so far forth as sd Inventory
will extend according to Law. And this is to be done with
expedition that sd goods be not un forfilled?, or the Creditors
