Cathrine Woods als Stevenson departed this live about 
ye 10th of January 1687 intestate whereof ye Court 
having intelligence hath decreed her four children  
vizt Tho:, Joh, Jane, & Kathrine sole & joint 
Administrators of all her goods moveable & unmoveable 
who in the face of the Court hath by agreement known 
to themselves xxxxxxx wherewith they acknowledge 
themselves satisfied xxxx made in resignation & 
xxxx of their interest the Administration to their 
father Thos[?] Woods who is accordingly sworne in 
Court in forme of Law, & hath given Pledges to 
fulfill ye Law and second ye office 
Robt Stevenson & Rich Ellison.  
Note yt Capt Woods hath consented in ye face of 
Court to pay to Capt. Stevenson forty shillings 
wch the foresd Cathrine Woods left to her brother 
on her bed of sicknesse.
