Know all men by these presents that I Ellinor Tubman

xxxxxxx This xxxx xxxx as followeth.  
First xxxxxxxxxxxx ---ife unto him that I xxxxxxxxxxxxxx 
of xxxx & xxxxxxxxxxxxx always p----- xxx shall 
xxxx my part xxxx these thereof during xxxx 
widowhood xxxx xx he dy before mee.

I dye bfore him not to bill or bequeath xxxxx contract 
what so ever my part or parts of those xxxx what

if God[?] send any issue betwixt xxxx ye rest xxxx

This Deed being proved before ye Deemster & is 
accepted for ye last will & testament of the 
within named Ellin Stevenson, & her husband Robt 
Stevenson is accordingly sworne in form of Law.  
Aceptum et Solvit.  Pledges in forme of Law
