Jane Kinred als Credeen departed this life about
the 4th of october last intestate whereof the court
having intelligence hath decreed her only child
Elinor Kinred sole Admrx of all her good movble
& unmoveable whatsoever; The next of kinred on
the mother side viz Katherin Credeen supervisor
    The husband of the said Kathrin viz [Wm] Cubbon
    is sworn to act and admr in the childs behalf
    according to law.

This day Ellinr Kinred came & acknowledged to be
paid from Jo: Cubon the full of her mothers
inventory viz £03 = 16s = 02d and therefore
discharges him, his Exrs & Admrs for ever. Witness
her mark:
She acknowledged also too be          Ellinr Kinred X
paymt was due by her Fathers decease
