Ann Key departed this life about the 21st of May last 
intestate whereof the church having intelligence hath 
decreed her only Child Ann Killey Administrator of her 
her goods moveable and unmoveable the next of kin on 
the Mothers side supervisor and a Legacy to the husband 
on sight of the Inventory

is the Grandfather and Grandmother of the Child to [?]

Jo: Kelly husband of Anne Killey, ye Administrator

him and his Executors forever.
