December the 7th 1692
The last will and testament of Peter Quirk 
of the parish of KK St. Anne, who committed 
his soul to God and body to Christian burial.  
Item, he left (with the consent of his wife) 
to his son the house and croft wherein he 
lived with a feather bed, and his own chest; 
and if it pleased God to call for his said 
son that then his eldest daughter was only 
to enjoy the said house and croft, and the 
forenamed bed and chest, to be priced for 
the other children’s goods.  
Item, he left toward the letting of his son 
to a trade the sum of twenty shillings.  
Item, he left to his wife all his goods 
moveable and unmoveable whatsoever to be at 
her own disposition during her life and 
then to return to his worn children.

The wife is sworn in Court according to Law.
