                     Leizayre March ye 26 1697

     This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Jony Kindred
     who departed this life about the 17th of May last as followeth:
     First she comitted her soule to God and her bodie to christian buriall.
     Item she bequeathed to her husband John Couley her prat of a horse or cock
     Item she bequeathed to her youngest daughter Ann Couley all her cloathes
     linen and woollen. Item she bequeathed toher eldes son viz Patrick Couley
     all her part of ye corne. Item she bequeathed to katherine Caine a peticoat
     Item she bequeathed all ye rest of her debtless goods moveable and immove=
     =able whatsoever betwixt her three children, viz: Patrick, John and Ann.

    fully pd & satisfied his mothers part of goods from Gilbt
    Kewley & acquitts him & his pledges for ye same for ever
