The last will and testament of Wm Caine who dyed on 4th of February. Impres:
He committed his soule to God and body to Xtian burial.
ITEM: He left to his eldest son Patt: halfe the ----- being three -----
halfe the crop, and halfe the husbandry gears.
He left to each of his other children 10 lbs.
ITEM:  He left to Tho: Mcylvorrey of Ballaugh shodd gears further of his
craft after and above the expiration of his ----- bargaine.
ITEM: He bequeathed to his wife as legatee a croft, cow, and of a horse
after that she should enjoy the whole benefit of all his estate till his
oldest son should arrive at 21 years.
ITEM: He constituted appointed and ordained his dear wife Ann: Sole
executrix of all and well of his goods movable and imovable.
ITEM:  He acknowledged that he owed to his brother Patt: eight shillings;
and to Averick his sister 7 shillings 9 pence;to Gilbert Kaighin 2pence. The
next relations haveing refused to be supervisors William Kelly with the
consent of the eldest son with the mother are sworn supervisors according to
law.  The eldest son being at age hath consented to this will.
