   Nelly Kindred departed this life abt the 29th
of september last past intestate whereof the Court
haveing intelligence hath decreed her son Thomas
Radcliffe sole Admr of all her goods move=
=able & immovable whatsoever, who has
deposed inCourt that he neber recd to
the balne of 6d by way of portion or
contract from the sd defnnt: & he is also
sworn Admr in form of law.
