This is affirmed to be ye last will & testament of
Ann Caine who depted this life about ye 3rd of 
Augt 1699, being in perfect mind & memory at ye
making thereof. First she committed her soul to god
& her body to christian burial. Itm she left to the
be distributed to ye poor of ye Prish att .... firlot of
barley & firlot of meale with as much flax as ye Exct
pleasth: Itm she left to her son Thomas Cubon fiftie
shills in money and a fledge on ... ... ... a blankett & a sheet with
a holiday coate of black cloath in ye house a holiday pair of
russett breeches & waistcoate of white cloath also a horse
near 3 years old; Itm she left to her said sons children
an heiffer going on 3 years old betwixt ym with 2 sheep &
2 lambs at May next betwixt ym and a holiday coat a piece
of russett cloath and a new shirt of hurdon; Itm she left
to her daughter Christian five pounds tenn shills to
satisfie her whatever was due to her, and all her shapd linnen
& woollen belonging to her apparel with ye one half of
all her sheets, blankett & fledges excepting those on ye bedd
wch she left to her son Willm with ye other half of the
sheet blanketts & fledges yt were not in ...; Itm to her sd son
Willm all ye rest of the linnen & woollen cloath yt was not shapd in
the house with half of ye fine yarn in ye house, and ye other
half to her first daughter with 12l of black wool be=
twixt ym & also ye woollen yarn for blanketts and ye sacking
yarn betwixt ym; Itm she left to her sd daughter a feather
bed & boulster with a blanket & fledge & sheet & a choice
pewter dish; Itm to her two oldest grandchildren at Cordi=
man a choice heiffer whether ye black or peckled one betwixt
ym. Itm to her two youngest grandchildren at Condiman
4 sheep & 4 lambs at May next betwixt ym. Itm to her
first man John Quine a cow black small cow, or instead
thereof her son Willm is to by him at Michlemas an heiffer
of 3 years old, & yt yearling wch had a lamb, both of ym if
they livd otherwise none; Itm she left to her maid servt
Ann Cluag yt red petticoat she mentioned; Itm to Bessie
Moore yt dun coloured petticoat wch she wore. Lastly all
the rest of her good moveable & imoveable whatsoever is
expnnn she left to her sd son Willm whom she consti-
-tuted & appointed her lawfull Execr and declared yt if any
of ye foresd persons woud not be satisfied with their respective
legacies, but did strive & contend with one another yn it was her
will yt such persons shud be deprived of yre benefitt of their le=
=gacies & have only 6d a piece.
