   Maughall    January 23rd 1699/00
   
   The Last will & testamt of Mary Garrett who was of
   perfect memory comitted her soul to God and her body
   to christian buriall, shee bequeathed to her daughter
   Jane Corteene her part of the meadow with her
   part of the [hen] house Itt to her son David her part
   of some hemp within wth her halfe of wt fishing
   netts was [??????????] as also her halfe of the
   dwelling house. Itt to her daugh[ter] Kathrin her part
   of a new chest with her share of [??] effects [???]
   it Itt to her two youngest children viz Jon & Marg
   rett her halfe of the brewing pan which was part of
   [an old] [??] and if there was any [??????????]
   the goods besides what is above specified shee bequea
   thed  the same betwixt all her children & did declare
   that there was 3 shillings 8 [??] Will Corteene
   & appointed [??] [a]bove sd daughter Jane sole
   exectx [of] all the rest of her goods whatso[ever]
