Braddan, 1699
This is Affirmed to be ye last will of John Kinish
who departed this life ye 2 day of October 1699.
first, he comitted his soul to God, & his body to Christian
buriall. It. he left to his grandson John Malcerea? two
sheep, but not ye lambs. It. he left to his other
grandson Edmond Kinish two sheep, excepting ye lambs. It. he left
yt 40 shillings was due from ye execrs of William
Malcerea to his execr--. It. he left to Thomas
Kinish’s wife of KK St An a quart of choyce wooll
for 9 days of shearing. It. he constituted & ordained
his daughter Margrett to be his true & Lawfull execr
of all ye rest of his goods moveable & unmoveable
wtsoever.
