The last will and testament of Gilbt Corlet who
departed this life the 25th of decr 1699 in good
and perfect memory in manner and form following.
First he committed his soul to God, and his body
to Christian burial.
Itt: he left and bequeathed to his SON IN LAW AD:
COTTER a coat and breaches of russet legacy.
Itt: he left unto his SON DOLLIN CORLET one quarter
of a Cow, one sheep and a loghtan pair of breeches
and a russet coat he wore every day as legacy.
It: he left unto his DAUGHTR BAHY a blanket a
sheep which she had already as Legacy.
It: he nominated and appointed his SON JO: CORLET
his lawfull Excr of the rest of his goods movable
and immovable in presence of us,
Witnesses:
xxxx [hiding in dark fold] Corlett his X mrk,
xxxxt [in fold] Callister his X mrk, jurati.
The Exeuctor is sworne in Court in forme of Law.
Probatum est et Solvit.
The Inventory is 1 pound 10 shillings 0 pence.
