Robt Loony departed this life the 2nd of Sept Last
intestate, whereof the Court having intelligence, hath
decreed his only Son Wm Loony sole Admr of all his
goods moveable & unmoveable whatsoever, in regard that
he never *…..* to the [valew] of 6th of his sd Father's
goods at, or since his marriage, who is sworn in Court
in form of Law
