In the name of God Amen I Catherine Moore alias
Bancks being sick in body but whole in mind and
memory thank to god for the same, do make this,
my last will and testament in manner of the following.
Firstly, I bequeath my soul to god and my body
to Christian burial.
I leave to my daughter Jane Radcliff alias Moor, my great pott
I leave to my son Jon Moore a feather bed furnished
if he ? and comes for it.
I leave to my grandson James Radcliffe the meadow,
provided that my daughter Jane shall have use and
profits thereof during her natural life if her
necessity requires it.
It is my will that if my son Jon does not come for
the bed that then my grandchild Ellin shall have it.
I appoint my six grandchildren James, Samuel, Catherine,
Elizabeth, Margaret and Ellin Radcliffe to be my true
and lawful executors of all the rest of my goods
moveable and unmoveable whatsoever provided that my
daughter Jane shall have full use of the houses during
her natural life or while she pledges to her mother
for testimony (?)
Whereof this to be my voluntary [act] I have hereby
[set] my mark this 22ns January 1697/8
