In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost
Amen
I John Vinch being sick of body but in
perfect memory do make this my last will
and testament in manner and form as
followeth
And first bequeath my soul to God
who gave it me in hope of a glorious resurrection
in and through the merits of our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ my body to be decently buried
in a Christian manner
Item, I leave to the poor five shillings
Item, I leave to my brother Philip two sheeps and my
and my wearing appearal.
Item, I leave to my daughter Margaret twenty pence
in goods and moneys.
Item, to my daughter in law Jeann one steir.
Item, to my grandchild Tho: Vench two yearling sheep.
Item, I do also constitute my three children John,
Katherin and Margrat equal Executors of the
rest of my goods moveable and unmoveable.
In presence of The Executors at age sworn in
Tho: Kelly } Court in form of Law.
