The Last Will and Testament of Mr? Willm Qualtrough who was
at the making ………… in perfect memory, & departed this life
on 25th of Oct Anno Primto??
He committed his soul to God & his Body to Christian Buriall
Itm He left to the poorr of KK Christ & KK Arbory a frizlett?
of barley & nine kissons? more of either barley or moall to
be distributed to the poor in his own Milne.
Itm He bequeathed to his sister Catherine Qualtrough 6d ? &
before whatever money she owes him for wheat. Itm
He bequeathed to this other sister Alice 6d Legacie Itm He
bequeathed to his son Wm a heffer, a sheep& Lamb.&
Mill Croft. Itm He bequeathed to his daughter Elizabeth Twenty
pounds sterll Itm He left to his wife his half of the
Tenements of Ren Mullin during her naturall life and condescended
that his sd daughter Elizabeth & son Wm should enjoy the whole after
his sd wive’s decease Itm He left that after his sd wive’s
decease his sd son & daughter should enjoy his half of the fro…
of said Tenemts. Itm He left to his wife the benefit of ……
untill his son arrived at lawfull years, upon condition she
should live unmarryed till then.; but if she married then…(page torn)
she should enjoy but the one half of the Millan during his
sons minority and his sister Catherine the other half. Itm..
