Andreas Prov'd 11th Novr 1704
This is affirmed to be the last will & Testament
of Wm Baston, who departed this life about ye
24th of Augt 1704, being in perfect mind & memory
at ye making thereof. First he committed his soul
to God & his body to Xtian burial. Itm he left to
his step son John Kinred a sheep. Itm he left a
firlot of barley & a firlot of dry corn to Daniel
Dowan & his wife. He left to ye ......... 12d
a piece .......... will 6d a piece. To John
Ratcliff 12d, To Thomas Cowle 6d, To Daniel Kneal
6d. It. He left to Dan: Dowan's wife being his
on his mother's side
next of kin ^ all his Land & houses if his contract
given to his wife wou'd not stand. Lastly, He
constituted & appointed his loving wife Catharine his
sole Execx of all ye rest of his goods movable
& unmovable whatsoever.
