32 KK Arbory March 12th 1704/5 The last will and testamt of Willm Harrisson who was sick in body but of perfect memory: made this his will in manner as followeth: Imprs, he committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial. Ittm, he left to the poore 2 sheep and two kishens of barley. Ittm, he left to his WIFE ELIZ: WATERSON the choice of a cowe or a horse. Ittm, he left to his GRANDCHILD ALICE COSTEN 2 sheep legacy. Ittm, he left to the minister a mutton. Ittm, he left half the plowe and plowe gears to his SON WILLIAM HARRISON. Ittm, he left to his said SON halfe of ye carres halfe the straddles and halfe the harrowes with halfe ye crop of corne, moreover he left a piece of Land called Gary Eylyes unto his SON WILLIAM; and if so be he die, then he left the said Gary Elyes unto his youngest DAUGHTER CATHARIN. Ittm, he left upon GEORGE HARRISON twelve shillings to be payd to his execr. Ittm, he appointed and nominated his THREE CHILDREN WILLIAM, MARY, and CATHARIN his lawfull execrs of all the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable. Witnesses: Thom: Costen X, Willm Quooill X, jurati. THE EXECRS BEING SICK THEIR MOTHER is sworn in Court in form of Law. Probatum est & solvit 1s. AUGT YE 6TH 1716: THE ABOVE WM HARRISON came this day & desired yt he might acquit his mother of all what was due to him by ye above will xxx testor. Gulielm: Gell, Reginus, Archdeacon.
