David Kinred, 1707

       Lezayre.         At Ramsey 4 July 1707
David Kinread son of Ewan Kinread departed this
life about ye beginning of June 1705 intestate, whereof
the Court having intelegence, hath decreed his brothers
& sisters vizt Ewan, John, Margt & Catherine Kinread
his true & joynt Admrs of all his goods moveable &
immoveable whatsoever: The sisters being absent,, the
two brothers are sworn in Court in form of law.
              Decretum est & solvit 3s 0d

The inventory to be brough in next Court.

         Pledges to secure ye office & pay all debts &
         legacys, John Kewley & Thomas Stevenson

      4th July 1707
Thomas Kneen enters his claim agt ye Admnrs of David
linrade for 1s 6d, & craves ye1 law.
