William Joughin departed this life intestate about the first of
February 1708 whereupon the Court hath decreed his
children unmarry'd vizt John, Margret, Joney, Ellin, Alice &
Catherine Joughin his true & joint Admrs of all his
Goods movable & immovable whatsoever, and a Legacy
to ye wife upon sight of the Inventory. Thrice of ye
above Admrs vizt John, Margt & Joney with ye mother
are sworn in form of Law.
The wifes Legacie Decretum est & solvit 2s. 4d

Four of ye Admrs being at age vizt Margt Joney Ellin & Alice hath
surrendered their part of the Administration to their brother
John for the just sum of seven shillings six pence apiece with
a sheep to each of them. And he to pay all debts whatever.
To which they have obliged themselves. As witness their mark
