The last Will & Testament of Elizabeth Qualtrough
who is weak in Body but of perfect memory, as
follows
Firstly commits her Soul to God & her Body to Christian
Buriall Itm She leaves a baile of Barley to be
divided among the poor of the parish. Itm She bequeaths
to her Brother Willm twenty shillings legacie. Itm To
her Aunt Catherine five shillings. Itm She bequeaths
6d Legacie to every person
can lawfully clam
any of her Goods. Itm She bequeaths all of title and right
that she hath to & in & Land & Houses of Ren Mullin, &
to her sd Brother Will and if it shall please God
to call for him under lawfull age or without issue to
enjoy of same, then she wills that he sd Tytle & Right
shall desend ? as her dear Mother shall (in her Last Will
& Testament or otherwise) think fill to appoint
Itm She constitutes, nominates and appoints her sd Mother
Catherine Qualtrough her sole Exctrx of all of
Of her Goods moveable & immoveable
