       The Last Will & Testament of Alice Qualtroh 
als Moor who departed this Life about the 12 of
Augt ano p…. at the makeing whereof she was in
perfect memory, as follows:

First: She committed her soul to God & her Body to
Christian Buriall
Itm: She left to her husband John Qualtroh all the
Cloath that is in the house provided for his own use.
Itm: She left her younger Child her shaped crini & crook?
Itm: She bequeathed to her mother a riding hood
Itm: to her niece Ann Moor a petticoat
Itm: She left & bequeathed all of rest of her goods
movable & imovable to her two children Joh & Cath
joyntly  Itm: She left that if it should please God to
call for her said two Children, then if p……. to
fall to her sd husband, Mother & Brothers Joh & He..(nry?)
Moor to be enjoyed joyntly..

Moor 14s 93/4d for her part
of the Goods that was in her
sd Aunts hands & 5d ? for half
the valuation of the Linen &
woollen cloths left to her.
& acquits her sd Aunt of the
same for ever. Witness her
subscription

by the death of my mother Eailes

& say the full contents of said
sum is received by me.

Ellinor Moor widow, wife of John Moor, of Ballablack all the goods

Qualtrough that is to say what was in my Uncle John Moor’s
Hand in full and do quit my self of my sd uncle …………..&
the sd Ellinor Moor for ever as witness my mark to my
name this 11 day of March 1724
