48     St Anne, March 2d 1708/9 
Ellin Cowle daughter of Margt Cowle als Moor 
departed this life about 3 years agoe, underage; 
whereof the Court haring Intelligence hath 
decreed her next of kinn on y Mother’s side, 
vizt: Robert, John, Philip, Isabel & Bessy Moor 
her true & joint Admrs: of all her goods movable 
& unmovable due by the death of her mother aforesd; 
Isabel & Bessy being absent, the other three are 
sworn in Court in form of Law.  
Probatum est & Solvit.          
Inventory appears in ye mother’s decree.
