35 Lezayre, August the 2nd 1707 It is this day agreed upon betwixt THO: CORLETT and his SON THO: CORLETT and his SON EDMAS followeth. First the said THO:CORLETT is to give his said SON THO: with the full consent of his SON EDM the one half of his Estate which is now in his possession for the term of three years with half the crop of corn and all the rest of his goods moveable and unmoveable of what nature soever, he the said THO: HIS SON keeping and maintaining his said father with his incumbrance during the said THOMAS xxxx in meat drink and clothing and paying to the rest of the CHILDRENS goods all what is due unto them by the death of THEIR MOTHER vizt to WILLIAM, MARGERY, ISABELL, EDMOND, KATHERINE as also what other debts is incumbent upon him at this present. And for the true performance hereof both xxxx have bound themselves heirs and executors to perform the above agreement in penalty of ten pounds sterling to be levied as all other form fines of that nature. And in witness hereof we have here unto set our names and marks. xxxx that before the signing hereof I THOM CORLETT doe have[?] twelve pence apiece out of my own goods to the rest of my children as Legacies and my SON THOM executor of all the rest of my goods. THIS WRITING BEING PROVED by the witnesses in Court who declare that the decedent required it should stand and be of force in every particular of the agreement the same is accepted as the decedents last will, and the Executor sworn in form of Law Pledges Edmund Corlet, John Corlet.
