4      St. Anne
The last will and testament of JOHN FARGHER of KK St. Anne, 
who departed this life the 25th of December 1710.  
First, he committed his soul to God and his body 
to Christian burial.  
Item, he left two kishans of meal to be distributed on 
the pour at usual time.  
Item, he left to his SON WILLIAM FARGHER four sheep 
that were in Ballacrook in KK Malew, and his own best 
coat and breeches and a pair of stocking.  
Item, he left to his above said SON WILL a firlett 
of meal corn that was in his own hand due to his father 
out of his estate, and four shilling that was in 
THOMAS QUINNEY's hand in consideration of the portion 
promised him in his contraction.  
Item, he left to his GRANDCHILD WILLIAM FARGHER a 
sheep and a lamb.  
Item, he left a ram for Mr COSNAHAN.  
Item, he left a firlet of meal corn to his DAUGHTER 
CHRISTIAN FARGHER.  
Item, he left THOMAS FARGHER HIS SON & CHRISTIAN 
HIS DAUGHTER sole Executors of all the rest of his 
goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever.

Thomas Bridson, 
Christopher Cowle.     

THE EXECUTORS SWORN IN COURT in form of Law.  
Pledges to pay all debts and legacies and secure 
the office are John Bridson & William Fargher.       

CHRISTIAN FARGHER enters her claim for eight quarts 
of xxx against the Executors of her FATHER 
JOHN FARGHER and craveth trial
