                 Lezayre, 1710
The last will and Testamt of Catherine Cowle (als Skillicorn) who departed
this life the 29th of May last is as follows
First She committed her Soul to God and her body to Xtian burial
Itt: she left to her Son Thomas the crop of corn, which she own'd to have
been deliver'd to him before. She also left her sd Son a cow and table and
forms
Itt to her daughter-in-law Margrett what woud make her a waistcoat of mixt
cloath, and a black petticoat
Itt to her daughter Ellinor the chest be case she claimed a right to it
before and also a shilling
Itt: to her son Phillip a shilling
Itt: She own'd that there was due unto her son-in-law Wm Gill of Douglass
twentythree shills on the acct of his wifes portion and that she left him
most inst thereof the twenty shillings she had in the Dooway meddow (the
other ten shillings, in ye meddow being his own) which sd 20 (shillings)
wth three shillings more wou'd compleat what was promised him in contract.
Itt: to her three daughters, viz: Ellinor, Isable and Catherine, her shap'd
cloaths woolen and linen 
and Lastly constituted and appointed her children Thomas, Issable, and
catherine, joint Executrs of all the rest of her goods movable and
immovable what soever
