James Kewley departed this life about the 8th of April last intestate,
whereupon the Court hath decreed his Children ffrancis, Christian, James
Margt Jane & Wm Kewley Sole & joint admrs of all his Goods moveable &
immoveable whatsoever
Wm and Jane are the only 2 in the Island but under Age & therefore their
mother Isabel Killey is Sworn in form of Law there being none of the
Defuncts Relations that appeared to undertake the supervisership
                               Decretum est
